Late Cancellation/Reschedule or No-Show Policy

At Phinney Primary Care and Wellness, if a patient no-shows/cancels or reschedules their visit within 48 hours of their appointment time, they will be charged an out of pocket fee of $150.00 for a 30-minute visit and $250.00 for a 60-minute visit.

This policy is in place to ensure that our providers are paid for their time that is lost when a patient does not show up for their scheduled visit.
