Late Cancellation/Reschedule or No-Show Policy

At Phinney Primary Care and Wellness, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. If a patient does not provide sufficient notice, the following out-of-pocket fees will apply:

• $150.00 for a 30-minute visit

• $250.00 for a 60-minute visit

This policy helps ensure that our providers are compensated for the time set aside for your care.
