A Message from Dr. Peter Grote

Greetings,

I will be out of the office during the months of September and October.

During my leave, Dr. Rachel Weiner, an excellent family physician, will be providing coverage for my practice. I am confident that she will provide you with the same high-quality care you have come to expect.

If you are due for your annual physical, a back-to-school checkup, or any routine appointment during September or October, please schedule your visit with Dr. Weiner as you normally would with me.

If there are any medical concerns or routine needs that can be addressed before my leave, I will be available through the end of August and will return to my regular schedule in November.

Please note that I will not have access to or be responding to direct messages during my leave. If you have medical needs during that time, please contact the office. Dr. Weiner or one of my colleagues will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. I appreciate the opportunity to continue caring for you and look forward to seeing you again when I return in November.
