In order to continue offering high-quality care and to better manage appointments, we are enforcing an important policy that requires all patients to have a valid credit card on file.

Why Are Making This Change?

The requirement for a credit card on file will help ensure that we can efficiently handle billing, appointment confirmations, and cancellations. This update is designed to create a more convenient and secure experience for both you and our clinic staff. It will also help us maintain a more efficient billing system, allowing us to focus more of our time on addressing your healthcare needs.

What You Need to Know:

  • Valid Credit Card on File: All patients are required to have a valid credit card on file. This includes both new and returning patients.
  • Communication: If we do not have an updated credit card on file for you, our office will reach out to ensure we have the correct information.
  • Appointment Cancellations: If a valid credit card is not provided before your appointment, we will unfortunately have to cancel your scheduled visit. We highly encourage you to update your information as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions to your care.

You can easily provide your credit card details through our secure online form, or if you prefer, you can call our office directly. Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about this process.
